Areas of Expertise

Professional development: I lead workshops and optimize learning management systems to activate digital literacy and redefine computer science. My goal is to integrate technology utilizing 3 essential E’s: engage, enhance and extend technology.

Thought leader: I want to inspire educators to integrate computer science and digital literacy into the curriculum. I promote global and sustainable projects such as Global Read Aloud, renewable energy impact globally and locally, and problem/project-based learning.

Curriculum design: I’ve designed and implemented a curriculum that is closely aligned with the digital literacy and computer science literacy standards for the state of Massachusetts.

Culturally responsive teaching: I model proven techniques and strategies to incorporate design elements that create equitable and responsible learning environments.
